I am a registered Somatic Relationship Coach, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and groups cultivate deeper connection, resilience, and emotional well-being.

 

Through somatic practices such as breathwork and body movement, I guide you in activating your Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) - shifting from stress, anxiety, and disconnection into a state of resting, digesting, and relational harmony.

Whether you want to deal with the psychosomatic effects of a stressful lifestyle, improve communication with your partner, or to feel more present in your relationships; my approach supports you in embodying safety, ease, and authentic connection.
